So, yesterday I handed in all of the gizmos involved with being a home phone/cable television/high speed internet residential customer and some wizard decided not to look into my file and see that I had these services elsewhere now – and they terminated my email. Nice!
Three hours and several phone calls later, it was restored. But what a pain.
So if you tried to email me and were told it was a closed account, that was an error, not of my own doing.
