If there’s a low turnout at the October municipal election and this London city council gets back in, then Londoners deserve them. They get so little accomplished unless it’s about giving themselves a raise or a medal.
Taken in context, the decision to abandon the idea of allowing mobile food trucks is just another one that goes against free enterprise. They plan to hike rates charged to developers and take other tactics that scare off investors. Short sighted. Foolish. Inspiration for a randt.
