We have friends who do a lot for our veterans. Â The CAV – Canadian Army Veterans – are a bunch of motorcycle riding veterans of Iraq and more recent conflicts who raise money for the WWII vets at our Parkwood Hospital here in London. Our friend who used to be the top commander in the Canadian Navy goes to Parkwood like Santa Claus every Christmas morning. Â …
Cutting the grass isn’t my favourite thing to do. Â I use the push mower in the front while Derek rides the tractor version on the back. Sometimes I can get him to take pity on me and run the tractor around the front, too. Â Still, we’re left with bunches of weeds or grass that doesn’t get cut along the garden and fence.
