Breaking Breaking Bad

A guy with a long rap sheet broke into Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston’s car this week and stole a bunch of stuff including pages from the script for an upcoming episode.

This wouldn’t be such a big deal, really, if there weren’t only 8 episodes left before the series ends and we fans weren’t waiting with bated breath for them to start airing in July. But here’s the thing: No one wants this jerk to tell what he knows.  Charles Baker who plays Skinny Pete issued a plea to the 29-year-old robber to keep his counsel about the plot, which is at a crucial point.  Baker said, “You’ve already made a choice to steal from a person (Bryan Cranston) who is loved by millions of people. Don’t make it worse by betraying the rest of the cast and crew and fellow fans of the show.”  Side note: TMZ obtained Cranston’s 911 call and I listened to it. Cranston is just the nicest, most polite guy as we all suspected!

The thief was caught but he hasn’t anted up the precious pages.  No one wants the mystery solved through the  mouth of a criminal.  So dude, for once, do the right thing and shut yer pie hole.

  1. My guess would be, now that the pos has been alerted to the value of the script he stole, that he will try to profit from it any way he can. Mike would have easily convinced the guy to give back everything he took.
