I’m not going to add to the outrage and clutter that this week’s events have spawned. You can probably guess my thoughts anyway.
Like Jimmy Kimmel, don’t like Jimmy Kimmel. It doesn’t matter to me or probably to him. But this week’s suspension comes down to one critical issue that is irrefutably unfair.
One man talked on television about how several famous black women lacked brain processing power. They had to “steal a white person’s slot” to be taken seriously. No one blinked. The second man said MAGA was trying to score political points off that first man’s death by deflecting blame from its own party. He was taken off the air. There’s loads of video evidence of the second statement being said. The first statement was a vile and baseless opinion. And both should have been protected under the First Amendment.
So, I’ll just leave this here and tell you that Audrey in Paris is a really good follow on Instagram. Have a lovely weekend.

I continue to be reminded by a very old saying, “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”!!!!!!!
I had a shot of whiskey before bed on both Friday and Saturday nights this weekend.
That’s the kind of week it was!
